Description | Requirements to Receive a PO. (These requirements are not required to bid but will have an impact on the selection process.) Be the selected bidder. Have a B or better grade in INS Meet the Tyson Insurance requirements. Goal: Construct a new breakroom Foundation: 1. Excavation and replacement of the near surface soils in the foundation pad area to a depth of 7 feet below finished slab grade. This excavation should extend at least 10 feet beyond the perimeter of the supporting foundation pad and should be backfilled with properly placed and compacted fill material. a. Site does have concrete with rebar buried within the bank. b. Spoils/debris can be deposited on site. The spoils will be moved to the toe if the rail spur and graded. Ideal final slop is 6:1. Debris will be covered with sufficient soil to prevent damage to mower. Seed and straw once complete. |
