This excavation should extend at least 10 feet beyond the perimeter of the supporting foundation pad and should be backfilled with properly placed and compacted fill material. a. Site does have concrete with rebar buried within the bank. b. Spoils/debris can be deposited on site. The spoils will be moved to the toe if the rail spur and graded. Ideal final slop is 6:1. Debris will be covered with sufficient soil to prevent damage to mower. Seed and straw once complete.
