Replace front porch, steps, rails, stringers, latice, framing to code, guardrails with 1 "x3" balasters, new box beam for support of 2nd floor porch rafters, decking, trim, 2nd floor rubber roof deck, install porch ceiling and light fixture and switch. Install vinyl siding with building wrap on house. Install storm door and pre hung steel panel Entry door with hardware. Replace rear kitchen door with knob and lock. Match existing door style, replace kitchen base and wall cabinets with countertop. Install and stainless steel kitchen sink and faucet, with trap and drain. Install rubber stair tread on back stairwell from back door to 2nd floor. Replace tub faucet and shower head. Replace bathroom vanity, sink, faucet and trap. Close off opening above stair knee wall to ceiling. Replace laundry tray faucet, automatic washer connections trap. Repair damaged concrete floor. Install GFIC outlet at laundry, all bathrooms, and kitchen counter area.
