2021 Property Debris Collection and Disposal

Town-wide public property debris collection and disposal, including all appropriate personnel, equipment, fuels, insurances, transportation and services to expeditiously and safely collect and remove to town-approved sites [subject to guidelines, regulations, approval and direction of all involved federal, state and local governments including, but not limited to, FEMA, MEMA, EPA, ACE, MDEQ, Mayor, and the Board of Aldermen], all debris resulting from a disaster and declared an emergency by the State of Mississippi and/or the President of the United States, from all town road rights of way and other town property, in order to restore and to maintain appropriate traffic flow and the safety and structural integrity of the town roads and bridges, and open access to health, education, emergency and other facilities and services accessed by or available to the public at large, in, on and in the entirety of the Town of Walnut Grove.
