The City of San Leandro is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms (Consultant) to assist in meeting the City's cost recovery goals and updating the process for collecting fees to mitigate development impacts in accordance with the scope of services within RFP 60061 Comprehensive User Fee Study and Development Impact Fee Study.
