Werner Park Lighting Improvements

This project involves the removal of the existing lighting, upgrading the electrical service and installing new outdoor sports lighting at Werner Park (101 Kirk Rd, Warminster, PA 18974) in Warminster Township as more fully defined elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or on the Drawings. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with Township Standards and the manufacturer's specifications. The work shall begin no earlier than October 30, 2023 unless otherwise approved by the Township and shall be completed and ready for final payment no later than January 28, 2024. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for work valued at over $25,000. If the Contract Price exceeds $186,025, the project is subject to the Township's Responsible Contractor Requirements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing using the Questions tab on the PennBid website. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on the PennBid website. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
