| Description | This project includes restoration and mitigation measures for the Franklin Street Road & Warner Street Extension Culvert Crossings. The work shall be performed includes, demolition and removal of existing concrete or wooden headwalls, re-shaping portions of existing ditches (embankment), bank stabilization (cement stabilized sand & concrete lining), replacement of existing headwalls, installation of new guardrails, hydromulch seeding and implementation of appropriate SWPPP controls, and trench safety system. |
