| Description | The scope of work includes, but is not limited, furnishing labor, equipment and supervision to conduct maintenance on the College Creek Storm water Wetland in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. |
