| Description | The work of this contract consists of providing all labor, equipment, supervision and materials to accomplish the removal and installation of the asphalt shingles, including but not limited to: • Removal and disposal of the existing asphalt shingles and underlayment. • Repair and or replacement of any damaged or rotted sections of wood sheathing. • Installation of roofing underlayment (such as 15 lb. felt paper: equivalent or better) • Installation of new asphalt shingles (roofing will be replaced with architect style asphalt shingles), Color shall match as close as possible to existing shingles and to be approved by COR. • Install a continuous shingle-over ridge vent with louvered sides along the spine of the main roof ridge line. • Remove existing drip edge and install new aluminum drip edge, color will be approved by park COR. • Install new flashing around existing vent pipes, chimneys and all roof penetrations. |
