2022 New Cumberland Borough Street Improvement Project

The Project encompasses a base bid and alternates across 3 different areas in New Cumberland Borough and generally includes: Milling, base repair, pavement fabric membrane, leveling course, and wearing course overlay, along with upgrading curb ramps in the project area to meet current standards.Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10% All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
