Supply of Schwing Pump Parts

The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the Authority), is requesting sealed bids for the Supply of Schwing Pump Parts. The contract will run from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023, for a one-year contract. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashiers Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, and Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law.
