Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to Morrison County Public Works. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof. Liquidated damage charges will be assessed at a rate of $1000.00 per day that the Engineer determines that the Contractor has not complied.
