Senior Center Sidewall

Current gable sidewall and replace with new gable sidewall at the Yarmouth Senior Center located at 528 Forest Road. South Yarmouth, MA 02664 The following are the General Conditions for the Work to be performed as outlined in the Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, labor and materials to complete the project in accordance with Specifications.. This quote request shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149. The project estimate is $30,000.00. All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 ofthe Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06. A payment bond is required for at least 50% of the contract if you are using subcontractors. A payment bond of at least 50% This Sidewall Project contract will begin on July 17th, 2023, or earlier and be completed by September 30, 2023, at the latest. The Town and the Contractor recognize that time is ofthe essence to complete this contract. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel this bid or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the Town of Yarmouth determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of Yarmouth.
