Description

Sullivan Farm Barn Roof Replacement 4. All work MUST be completed no later than June 15, 2022 for use during the upcoming season. The Sullivan Farm barn has multiple sections of roof in need of repair. These sections are at different elevations and consist of different types of shingles and sheathing. The three areas are noted below: 1. The largest and highest section has one layer of asphalt shingle over one layer of original cedar shake shingles. The sheathing is of unknown quality. New 1/2' plywood will be required. 2. The connection between the main barn and the L-extension has one layer of asphalt shingles. New 1/2 " plywood will need required. 3. The L-extension has one layer of shingles and will not require new plywood.
