Window Replacement at Northwest Tri-county Intermediate Unit #5

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Proposals will be received for the following contracts: General Construction Proposal are to be addressed to Mr. Brad Whitman, Executive Director, Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5, 252 Waterford Street, Edinboro, PA 16412 and shall be forwarded in a sealed envelope clearly marked Window Replacement along with the proposer s name. Any mailing or packaging costs shall be arranged for and paid by the Contractor for the link prior to proposal packages being released. This is a project constituting Public Works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, Act 442 as amended and supplemented, and appropriate prevailing minimum rates as promulgated under provisions of said Act and must be paid by all Contractors in connection with performance of the necessary work. No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set forth in the opening of bids. Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any part of the bids.
