Aging windows need to be replaced due to loss of efficiency and limited operations of the windows. Removal of existing windows and blinds located on the 1st level of the Continuing Education Building. New windows and blinds to be installed according to factory warranty as needed. Existing windows will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately. These windows will be located on the 2nd Floor of the Continuing Education Building. The location of the facility is located at the following address: 701 West Front Street Statesville, NC 28677 This location is property of Mitchell Community College and shall be associated with Mitchell Community College. The services provided must start on May 16th, 2023 and must be completed by July 28th, 2023. (NO EXCEPTIONS) total work time will be 11 weeks.
