| Description | Exterior Repaint with Containment Wet Interior Repaint Dry Interior Spot Repaint And Miscellaneous Repairs Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard with containment and apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane system. Caulk around the vent and holes at the top of the concrete column. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard and apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire interior of the access tube and spots on the exterior of the access tube. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the interior of the access tube and bowl and a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces. |
