| Description | Paint two (2) Lift Station buildings (Lift Station #7 and the Booster Pump Station). 1. Sanitizing all mildewed surfaces 2. Power washing all exterior surfaces to be painted as well as all tiled roofs and all concrete areas. 3. Preparing and sealing all exposed and chalky stucco surfaces. 4. Spot priming any bare metal and/or bare wood surfaces. 5. Repairing and waterproofing all cracks (look for water intrusion areas) 6. Replacing all damaged caulking (look for water intrusion areas) 7. Caulking all sides of bands where water intrusion may occur 8. Preparing and repainting all exterior stucco surfaces to include all vertical and shear walls, eyebrows, soffits, fascia, decorative elements, ceilings, banding and any other previously painted stucco surfaces. Note: All paint will be sprayed and back rolled. 9. Preparing and repainting all doors and frames (exterior side only, where previous painting is present only). 10. Replacing all damaged fascia; (must also be caulked, painted, and priced per linear foot). | ||
