The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to select a Vendor that can provide lighting equipment for installation at Greenland Energy Center (GEC) at the best value to JEA (the "Work" or "Services"). All questions shall be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least three (3) business days prior to the Bid opening date.
