Description

Phase I - Priority the Awarded Contractor Will Commence to Construct Three offices and One Conference Room (office 120, 121, 122, 123) On the Front Southside of the office Renovations First and Complete As Such. This Will Consist of an Upgrade to the Electrical and HVAC Portion to Those offices and Conference Room As Per Drawings Attached. This Scope Will Include Framing, Electrical, Low Voltage, Drywall, Paint, Suspended Ceilings, Doors, Flooring, Lighting, and Fire Devices. a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Tco) Will Be Approved By the Building Department.
