Description Scope of Work: 1. Milling and Resurfacing CRANFORD AVENUE from E. St. Georges Avenue to E. Elizabeth Avenue, being approximately 14600 square yards milling, 1825 tons hot mix asphalt I-5 surface course, 200 square yards waterproof membrane, 930 linear feet vertical concrete curb, 235 linear feet concrete curb and gutter, 485 square yards concrete sidewalk, 5200 linear feet thermoplastic striping / rumble strips, 210 square feet traffic markings and 2 solar pedestrian crossing signs. 2. Milling and Resurfacing SOUTH PARK AVENUE from E. Linden Avenue to E. Edgar Road and URBANOWITZ AVENUE from E. Linden Avenue to Ashton Avenue, being approximately 10220 square yards milling, 1350 tons hot mix asphalt I-4 surface course, 1400 square feet 8 inch concrete road reconstruction, 380 linear feet vertical concrete curb, 60 linear feet concrete curb and gutter, 91 square yards concrete sidewalk, 10000 linear feet thermoplastic striping and 480 square feet traffic markings. 3. Milling and Resurfacing portions of PAL BALLFIELDS, MEMORIAL PARK and MUNICIPAL GARAGE PARKING LOTS, being approximately 5690 square yards milling, 725 linear feet asphalt crack sealing, 1260 tons hot mix asphalt I-4 surface course, 3450 linear feet thermoplastic striping, 135 square feet traffic markings and 65 concrete bumper guards. Milling and Resurfacing AMON TERRACE from Stiles Street to Blancke Street, KNOPF STREET from Stiles Street to Ainsworth Street, LAURITA STREET from Elizabeth Avenue to Blancke Street, and W. STIMPSON AVENUE from West Brook to Wood Avenue, being approximately 2100 tons of hot mix asphalt Mix I-5 and 15000 square yards of milling
