The building is to be approximately 199,982 square feet with a total co funded cost of 60,892,574 which includes 60,036,217 non-allowance cost, $856,356.78 allowance cost. • Renovate Celina Intermediate Middle to house 1,589 students, grades PK-6 students. The renovation and addition are to be approximately 176,171 square foot facility at a total project cost of $43,234,095.60 that includes $41,444,553.85 non-allowance cost, $1,789,541.75 allowance cost.. • There are five Abate/Demolition projects: o Demolish Celina Middle at a cost of $442,471.92, 73,569 existing square feet. o Demolish Celina High School at a cost of 1,123,805, 157,569 existing square feet. o Demolish East Elementary at a cost of $330,419.49, 64,961 existing square feet. o Demolish West Elementary at a cost of $226,899.09, 40,472 existing square feet. o Demolish Educational Center at a cost of 382,913, 74,697 existing square feet. • Locally funded initiatives: The district currently has approximately $11,400,000 set aside for thefor the following considerations: o Reprogram the current CIS building for adequate cafeteria space. o Fixed seat Auditorium (seating 600 persons) at 7-12 building. o Parent/staff parking at PK-6 building. o Make the Bus pick-up/drop-off area separate from the Parent pick-up/drop-off area for the PK-6 building. o Handicapped Accessible playground at PK-6 building. o Additional square footage at PK-6 building. o Additional square footage at 7-12 building. • The district has potential additional Scope they wish to fund: o Currently the district has approximately 20,000,000 in additional scope they wish to fund.
