Doug Woog Arena Re-Roof Project

For furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to complete the design and specifications for the following project:Doug Woog Arena Re-roof Project This is a single lump sum bid contract and includes a number of project components including: removal and replacement of curved structural standing seam metal roof system and all associated components. Removal and replacement of metal wall caps. Removal and installation The bid bonds must be payable to the City of South St Paul in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The South St Paul City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to determine whether a bid is responsive or non-responsive. The City further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the City.
