RFQ Construction Managet at Risk - Spruce Wash Improvements Project

The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Arizona licensed Contractors (Contractor) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Design Phase and Construction Phase Services to: Coordinate with a team of three (3) Engineering Professional consulting firms and assist in the design of the Spruce Wash Improvements Projects (the Project) and to construct the Project. The Project is composed of seven (7) separate drainage improvement projects within the Spruce Wash drainage corridor. The Project will be delivered through the CMAR alternative project delivery process. The CMAR Design Phase Services primarily includes reviewing and providing input on design, plans, schedules, quantities, costs estimates, subsurface utility investigations, sequencing of the seven (7) projects over multiple phases, and constructability in coordination with Engineering Professionals selected by the Owner to prepare comprehensive construction documents and develop seven (7) Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs) for the Project. The CMAR Construction Phase Services generally consists of coordination with various agencies, stakeholders, and the public while performing the construction of the Project. The primary improvements consist of roadway construction, replacing existing water and sewer mains, water and sewer services, and stormwater conveyance improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive or decline to waive irregularities in any submittal, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine.
