HVAC MAINTENANCE REPAIRS & REPAIR PARTS Question Deadline 09/05/2023 at 11:00 AM ET SCOPE OF SOLICITATION ACQUIRE SERVICES (MODIFIED) The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a service provider for preventative maintenance, inspections, repair, and replacement services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems located at the South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM) in Hartsville S.C. Services shall include but are not limited to; inspections, examinations, lubrication, testing, cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and replacement of all major and minor parts, installation of new equipment, trouble-shooting malfunctions and equipment failures, providing routine maintenance, and responding to service calls for emergency services. All supplies, materials, service vehicles, communication needs, labor, labor supervision, tools, test equipment, special equipment and lubricants necessary to provide turn-key preventive maintenance, repair and replacement, and installation services during standard business hours, emergency repairs during evening hours, and emergency repairs during weekends and holidays shall be included in pricing.
