Terminals A, B, C, & E Waterproofing

Terminals A, B, and E: 1. Removal and replacement of all exterior weathering sealants at the exterior walls, with the exception of the perimeter sealants at the concourse-level windows. 2. Installation of silicone overlays at select precast-to-precast joints. 3. Installation of silicone overlays at existing metal panel neoprene “zipper” gaskets. 4. Wet-sealing existing window gaskets at existing windows, with the exception of the concourse-level windows. This includes removal of existing window tint as required to perform wet sealing where required. 5. Installation of silicone overlays at existing lock-strip window gaskets. This includes removal of existing window tint as required to perform wet sealing where required. 6. Replacement of existing plastic glazing. 7. Concrete spall and hole repair. 8. Aesthetic crack repairs and coating at stucco. 9. Recoating of exposed metal embed plates. 10. Recoating of existing dark brown and dark grey metal panels. 11. Recoating of existing dark brown metal doors. 12. Remediation of asbestos containing materials (ACM).
