Traffic Signal Maintenance

The Scope of work includes: Provide routine maintenance and repair of all components associated with signal lights and school clocks. Including but not limited to: Lens and bulbs replacement, Programming, Electrical and non-electrical component repair/replacement, Programming yearly of school clocks schedules, Resetting Flashers. Contractor shall ensure that it and its subcontractors collectively meet both the MBE, WBE and VBE goals established by the County, or show good faith effort as to why those goals could not be met and comply with all reporting requirements. The Contractor, as a condition of this contract, is responsible for assuring submission of the Contractor Utilization Plan and other documentation regarding utilization of MBE, WBE and VBE Subcontractors, and good faith efforts when requested by the County.
