RFP - Home in Tacoma Phase II

The City is seeking consultant services to support implementation of the Home In Tacoma policies through zoning and standards to allow diverse housing types, affordability and anti-displacement actions, and actions to support housing growth. The City anticipates awarding one or more contract(s) for an initial contract term of three years with two additional one-year renewal options. The anticipated budget for this project is $500,000, but potential for an additional $200,000 for task 9.D. Submittals and/or the selected Consultant(s) may be used for projects of similar type and scope at the sole discretion of the City for up to one year.
