The renovation includes approximately 1,000 square feet that will be completely remodeled to create a new board conference room and ExpressToll® customer service desk and approximately 7,250 square feet will receive cosmetic enhancements, updates to physical security, addition of automatic entrances, new flooring, and reorientation of the E-470 Boardroom. An Additional Alternative Bid Item, the second floor IT office renovation includes approximately 1,400 square feet that will be completely remodeled if so elected by the Authority. |
