Egypt-Mann Hill Beach Cobble Berm Reconstruction Project

Generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to the beach reconstruction. This work shall consist of, Dig Safe notifications, verification of benchmark elevations, investigation of existing residence structures in proximity of work, handling ocean tides and waves, surface runoff and groundwater, and reconstruction to limits shown on plans for the construction of the cobble berm repairs. Cobble material will be stockpiled in the staging area and spread throughout the project area to the lines and grades shown on the plans. Two staging areas are proposed, at either end of the site as shown on the contract drawings. The work also includes but is not limited to, all forms, cobble stones, labor, machinery, and materials required to complete the project.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
