Description

The Project consists of: The District is looking for the materials necessary to add control of existing HVAC units and integrate seamlessly with the District's existing Energy Management System (EMS) front end. This Contract is for equipment only; no installation services are sought under this Contract. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Colton Joint Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall company the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid.
