Construction Manager at Risk - Moore Building Renovation

The project will consist of a comprehensive interior demolition down to existing structure with miscellaneous exterior envelope restoration and improvements. The interior renovation will provide WCU with a state-of the-art modern classroom building facility. The project may also necessitate an early Joyner Drive / Infrastructure package included within this scope of work. The selected Construction Manager-at-Risk will be expected to evaluate the project for potential other early construction packages. The University seeks the professional services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to join the team in the late schematic design phase to provide services for the project through design, construction and post acceptance
