The objective for this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to successfully perform TO’s (task orders) associated with this Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MATOC) contract for Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Contractors shall have the capability of 24-hour response, if necessary. Contractors must also have the capability of simultaneously managing numerous complex and multi-discipline projects. Work includes, but is not limited to depot-wide minor construction, repairs, maintenance alterations, emergency services and/or renovations. The contractor shall complete all work and services under this contract in accordance with schedules that are established in each task order. Submittal dates will be included in the individual task orders. These dates identify when information is due in the issuing Government office and other addresses identified in the individual task orders. The types and numbers submittals and dates and places for review meeting shall be established by each task order under this contract. The contractor will submit a Quality Control Plan and an Accident Prevention Plan to accommodate a basic NAICS Code 236220 projects requirements.
