| Description | The Grounds Maintenance Services at various Department of Water Resources (DWR) facilities throughout Gwinnett County may include some or all the following services that are described in detail below: A. Lawn Maintenance to include chemical applications B. Mulch and Pine Straw Installation C. Weed Control in Mulched Beds D. Management of Ornamental Shrubs and Trees E. Seasonal Color Installation and Maintenance F. Mowing, Trimming, Edging, and Seeding of Lawns G. Removal of Trash and Debris Award will be made to the contractors submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion. |
