Accessible Bathrooms/Locker Rooms Therapeutic Pool Holly Center

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demolition work is restricted to the Women’s and Men’s Bathrooms including toilets, showers, dressing and entrance way areas. The limit of disturbance is the doors leading into the pool area and the building corridor. 2. Demolition includes removal of existing ceramic tile flooring in its entirety, cutting the existing concrete floors to remove sanitary pipe to be disconnected and provide new sanitary pipe systems for new plumbing fixture locations. 3. Remove all plumbing fixtures, drains and cleanouts as required to accommodate new layout. Remove all metal toilet and dressing compartments. Remove all toilet and bath accessories including towel and grab bars. 4. Remove all existing walls to be reconstructed in new locations. Remove all vinyl wall base throughout. 5. Remove all existing suspended acoustical tile ceiling systems throughout. 6. Remove all miscellaneous items left by the User. 7. Construction of new interior concrete floor slab infill. Provide flush transition with existing concrete to remain and slopes as indicted. 8. Construction of interior improvements including relocated partitions in the existing male and female toilet/shower and changing rooms with new fixtures and finishes including new suspended acoustical tile ceilings.
