Description	Professional Services (PS) to hire an FDOT pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter Consultant) to provide construction engineering and inspection services (CEI) for CR 522 (Osceola Parkway) Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Construction project. This lump sum design build construction project will include the update/conversion of the Shingle Creek Toll Plaza and Poinciana Blvd ramps to an all-electronic facility with one re-load lane at the plaza and the installation of a fiber optic cable on CR 522 Osceola Parkway between Interstate 4 and Dyer Boulevard.
