For 2023 - 2028 Pest Control Services OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Pest Control Services at multiple sites in Queens County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Pest Control inspections, treatment, and reporting. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Pest Control services. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest Annual Grand Total Estimated Cost. Prevailing wage will apply.
