| Description | Work to be performed, including all materials and labor necessary for completion of the Work, is: ISP-2 Grading & Erosion Control which includes, but is not limited to, the grading and erosion control for the (i) to be built roads and utilities and (ii) grading of the main drainage channel, all within the seven hundred fifty (750) acre area within Phase 1 of the Port Colorado development. The project is located in the City of Aurora at Manila Road and E. Colfax Road. The successful bidder will manage and coordinate all construction and construction related activities for this project. |
