Copper Pipe

A. Water stores for inventory, in support of multiple WSD divisions. Material shall be delivered in 60' lengths on K soft coils, and 20' lengths on K soft straight pipe. 1. Copper Pipe, 3/4 inch, type K soft, 60-foot coil. Palletized delivery Required. 2. Copper Pipe, 1-inch, type K soft, 60-foot coil. Palletized delivery required. 3. Copper Pipe, 1 1/2-inch diameter X 20- foot lengths, type K soft, seamless, ASTM B-88-62, straight length with protective cover. 4. Copper Pipe, 2-inch diameter x 20-foot lengths, type K soft, seamless, ASTM B-88-62, straight length with protective cover. B. The 60' Coils shall be individually packaged. 1. The 1" copper coils shall be delivered 25 each per pallet, or 1,500' per pallet. 2. The 3/4" copper coils at 40 each per pallet, or 2,400' per pallet. 3. The 1 ½” straight copper pipe at 20' lengths, or 320' per box. 4. The 2" straight copper pipe at 20' lengths or 180' per box. C. Buy America Certification Certificate of Compliance The Contractor shall certify that it will comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(2)(C), Section 165(b)(3) of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, as amended, and the regulations of 49 C.F.R. 661.11:
