Grind and prepare terrazzo as necessary to install new sheet vinyl flooring. This area is approximately 3,065 SF. Contractor to verify. In the area highlighted in gray below, contractor is to prepare the existing exposed terrazzo (grinding if necessary) and install sheet vinyl. This area is approximately 110 SF. Contractor to verify. In the area highlighted in green below, contractor is to demolish existing VCT and cove base, prepare it for installation of new VCT and cove base, and install new 12”X12” VCT and 4” cove base. This area is approximately 835 SF. Contractor to verify. In the area highlighted in purple below, contractor is to prepare bare concrete floor and install 12”12” ceramic floor tile with epoxy grout. Existing lead containing ceramic floor tile will be removed and abated by others. This area is approximately 580 SF. Contractor to verify.
