2022 High School Bleachers and Press Box

Hoopeston Area Community Unit School District #11, Hoopeston, Illinois will receive bids for the project captioned below. Bid should be dearly marked and sent or delivered to the School District Office located at 615 Orange Street, Hoopeston, IL 60942 for: 2022 H.S. Bleachers and Press Box Hoopeston Area CUSD #11 815 Orange Street Hoopeston, Vermilion County, Illinois. The project consists of new Bleachers and Press Box at the Hoopeston HE rootball Field bleacher site. The owner will handle demolition and concrete work. Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermillion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 3Q days after the date of opening of bids, and tnat the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded to them. Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11. Bonds are required: Both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Payment Bond are required for this project, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the owner. Award of a contract is anticipated to occur on or after the September 15, 2022 meeting of the Board of Education Begin construction as soon as September 16, 2022. The Work shall be Substantially Complete on or before July 28th, 2023 with final completion on or before August 4.2023.
