As of January 6,2023. The project came in over budget. No definite timeline for the rebid as of yet. The Town of Lloyd invites proposals for the construction of the "Lewis C. The pavilion cover approximately 2500sf of exterior gathering space, include a storage facility of approx.. 500sf for the Town of Lloyd Recreation Department and 6 public use restrooms. The restrooms will be equipped for year round use.
