Description

Architectural/engineering services are required for the program and the design of a residence hall at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. The approximately 97,000 GSF project will include, but is not limited to, space for the following: residential suites, building support and amenities for residents, administrative offices and storage/maintenance. Estimated $35M - $40M, maximum programming fee is set at $281,250.00. The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. g.
