| Description | Franklin Road Widening, Star Road to SH16, Utility Construction Package Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Traffic Control/Flagging, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Waterlines, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The project includes installing a 10" sanitary sewer main, 12" water main, and a 12" pressure irrigation main extending approximately 3,800-feet along Franklin road. All three utilities will extend existing mains currently located approximately 900-feet east of Star Road (Robinson Rd) further east through the proposed SH-16 improvements. The utilities will be installed on the south side of Franklin to the extent practical to minimize disturbances to the existing roadbed. All questions will be due by 4:00 pm October 10, 2022. |
