Description	This project consists in the testing of construction materials installed by the contractor in the project for the rehabilitation of container yard 3 north at Barbours Cut Terminal to determine its acceptability by Port Houston. The entire work consists of paving approximately 10 acres of both roller compacted concrete and jointed reinforced concrete. Other work includes the installation of high mast lighting, drainage, and utilities. All work will be on an “on-call” basis as directed by PHA’s construction inspectors
