| Description | Awarded vendor must provide all new matting at the beginning of the agreement; previously used matting is not acceptable. Mats shall be serviced on a Weekly basis for the entire year. Service must be performed on a set schedule occurring the same day of the week. Exceptions may be made for Legal Holidays when Jefferson County is closed. When placing and changing the mats, the driver must obtain a signature from a Jefferson County employee to verify that the mats were changed. Driver’s signature on delivery slips is not acceptable and will not be paid for by Jefferson County. Colors to be as specified – no substitutions. Replacement charges for missing or stolen mats must be included in your response. Unit prices quoted must include set-up, delivery charges and environmental charges. |
