Buffalo State Roof Replacement Upton Hall and Butler Library

The work to be done under Contract D200242, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 031060, titled Replace Select Roofs, Upton Hall & Butler Library and carry out al of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Remove existing EPDM membrane, lashings, edge/coping, and insulation down to structural deck. Inspect HVAC curbs, skylights, roof drain, vent pipes and other penetrations. Repair/replace items as required Install new vapor barrier, wood blocking. tapered insulation and EPDM roof membrane including walkway pads Install new flashings, expansion joints and metal edge/copings. It is anticipated that masonry wall termination flashings will need to be raised.
