The City of Oakland Park (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide ten (10) City Park locations, annual landscaping maintenance, hedge trimming, fertilization, mulching and turf care in public areas maintained by the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid. The City of Oakland Park reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposals received, re-advertise for proposals, or take any similar actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
