Project construction will generally consist of half-street arterial street construction including subgrade and finish grading; storm drain, drainage culvert, drainage catch basin and drainage street scupper construction and installation; placement of aggregate base course overlaid with a two course hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement; concrete curb and gutter, vehicular driveway and sidewalk construction; traffic signal construction including conduit, pull boxes, cabling, wiring, control cabinets, poles, mast arms, signal heads and indicators, mounting brackets and other associated incidentals; utility conduit trench and installation; street light pole, mast arm, luminaire, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, foundations, ground rods and associated street light system incidentals; pavement markings, signing, and sign posts; temporary construction traffic control and maintenance of traffic movement; removal of existing improvements; and other incidental construction and work items normally associated with street construction and construction operations.
