2022 BMR School Bus Road Paving Project

Consolidated Bell Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District (CBMRMD) Douglas County, Colorado Bids will be received by the Consolidated Bell Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District for the subject 2022 BMR School Bus Road Paving Project A summary of bid results will be emailed to all bidders. The work to be performed generally consists of 4 gravel Type 2 base, and 4 1 2 asphalt paving approx 725 SY of asphalt pavements on Bell Mountain Ranch, adjacent to our current public park. In addition the work also includes stripping the existing gravel/dirt mix to a depth of 8 as indicated on the enclosed Park drawing/sketch. A location map of the work site is contained in the Contract Documents. The prospective work site is open for inspection at any time. No formal pre-bid conference will be held. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis as described in the Contract Documents. The value of this work is expected to be between $60,000 and $70,000. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond guaranteeing faithful performance. Please indicate the cost of your P & P Bond as a separate cost with your bid. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date Bids are opened. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
