Saluda Pump Station 4 Elimination

The overall project will consist of the construction of a new gravity trunk sewer, ranging in size between 8 and 18 inches, associated appurtenances, erosion/sedimentation control, and equipment for the installation of the new sewer main. The work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following: 1. Approximately 1,730 linear feet of 18-inch DIP sewer main including a 95 linear feet aerial crossing, 140 linear feet of 8-inch DIP sewer main, 380 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, 17 manholes, and all associated fittings, and appurtenances to complete the work. 2. Connections to the existing ReWa and Metro Connects sewer collection system. 3. Demolition of the existing Saluda #4 Pump Station. 4. Installation of approximately 200 linear feet of new service roadway.
